I have been a loyal patient at Lochwood Family Dental for several years now, and I continue to be impressed by the exceptional level of care and warmth exhibited by the entire staff. Despite living 45 minutes away, I have explored other dental practices in the vicinity, yet none have quite matched the genuine sense of comfort and professionalism that Lochwood Family Dental consistently delivers. The welcoming atmosphere and top-notch service ensure that I always feel at home when receiving treatment at this outstanding dental practice.

This is my second time visiting Dr. Nguyen's clinic and it definitely won't be my last.  I am terrified of dentists and everyone who works here from the moment you enter the office makes you feel good, they make you feel safe.  Everyone is super friendly and very professional.  They do their best to give you the best possible experience.  They immediately took x-rays of my teeth and gave me complete information on everything I needed to do to keep my teeth healthy.  They were honest about the prices of the services they were recommending to me.

Went in for a filling, treatment was fast and very comfortable! My assistant Jose was very sweet and talked me through the whole way, very greatful! Dr. Jennifer had a nice bubbly attitude and it was very welcoming and calming. Thank you for treatment!

The staff were friendly, inviting and happy to see me. Felt like I was welcomed and have been coming to them for years ( this was my first visit). The doctor explained everything to me in great detail, but in a way that's digestible for the everyday patients. She also answered my nerdy questions with sincerity and passion. Next appointment is already scheduled and looking forward to making this my dental home!

Everyone in the office was friendly and welcoming. This was my first visit in a very long time, and it was a pleasant experience. Dr. Nguyen was very kind and discussed all my concerns with me. I was very nervous about seeking dental care after so long, but I felt at ease with the staff.
